Rangers will need to strengthen the forward line this summer, a disappointing loss to Hertha Berlin only backing up this claim, however, it doesn’t look like Ryan Kent will be coming back.
The 27-year old winger has struggled since moving to Turkey and has barely kicked a ball in the Super Lig with his position at the club almost untenable now.
There has been talk of Rangers being interested again but a permanent offer has now been made for Ryan Kent, according to Aksam.

Why Rangers won’t be seeing Ryan Kent back at Ibrox
With Fener signing Leonardo Bonucci, they have now exceeded their quota of non-domestic players and, as such, Kent is the one who is set to be cut entirely from their playing squad.
From undroppable to unplayable.
A preference to return to Rangers or the Premier League seems far reaching given his recent form for Fenerbahce and in Scotland before he left.
What he needs to do is concentrating on playing regularly again with former mentor Steven Gerrard offering him a way out at Al Ettifaq:
“It was claimed that the Saudi Arabian club offered 4 million euros to Fenerbahçe.
“Ryan Kent was a student of Steven Gerrad while he was playing for the Scottish team Rangers.
“The 27-year-old player will reunite with the experienced coach if he is transferred to Al-Ittifak.”
It could be a quick turnaround for Fenerbahce if they can get £3.4m for a player who isn’t even going to be in their squad for the rest of the season.
The player is entitled to bide his time and wait for something better but is sitting in the stands or staying at home every week really worth being picky?
That sort of fee shows why Rangers shouldn’t be entertaining bringing Ryan Kent back because, for that sort of money, we need guaranteed goals.
And that is one thing that Kent has never been able to do.
