Rangers striker Youssef Chermiti has been linked with an exit despite being in his first season at Ibrox.

Despite his early struggles in Scotland, the Portuguese striker has managed to show up in big games, scoring crucial goals against Hearts and Celtic.

Chermiti has scored nine goals and provided two assists in 34 games in all competitions for Rangers.

Feyenoord eye £13m+ deal for Youssef Chermiti

According to Eindhovens Dagblad, Feyenoord have put Chermiti on their shortlist ahead of the summer transfer window.

They attempted to sign him for £13m in January, but the Gers turned down any approaches as they did not want to lose him.

Thus, for Feyenoord to successfully sign him, they will have to cough up more than that in the coming months.

Rangers will be looking to make a profit on the striker they signed from Everton for an £8m fee in the summer.

The Dutch side have been tracking the 21-year-old for months and could make a bid to sign him in the summer.

There are other options on their shortlist as well, so it remains to be seen whether or not Chermiti does end up joining them.

Danny Rohl has lost just one league game as Rangers manager…

If YOU were to change one thing about his management style for next season, what would it be? 🤔

Chermiti expected to start for Rangers vs Dundee United

Danny Rohl confirmed that Andreas Skov Olsen has trained this week ahead of the Dundee United clash.

As the Dane was a Rohl signing in January, the German will likely start him.

There is also an injury issue in the squad, but the Gers boss did not confirm who is ruled out.

He probably does not want to give Dundee United any hints as to who that player is, so they can prepare for the strongest possible side to play against.

If that player is not Chermiti, he is expected to start for the Ibrox outfit.

Apart from that, Bailey Rice is unavailable as he has been ruled out for the rest of the season.

Derek Cornelius, who hasn’t featured for Rangers since November, is fit as he played for Canada in the international break.

It remains to be seen if Rohl reconsiders him for selection as part of the matchday squad.
