As legendary Real Madrid winger Gareth Bale talks Rangers and Aaron Ramsey, the Welsh international attacker has been coy on his own future.
The former Tottenham Hotspur star has been speaking about his international partner’s stint in Glasgow and claims the Juventus loanee is “enjoying it” at Ibrox.
But the speculation surrounding his own future has some Rangers fans online – perhaps tongue in cheek – dreaming of the legendary Welsh duo at Ibrox.
According to the likes of Fabrizio Romano, the Welsh wizard will be leaving Real Madrid in the summer when his contract expires.
A trophy-laden if not controversial stint in Spain, the world has seen flashes of the brilliance that convinced Los Blancos to part with £85m to sign Gareth Bale in 2013 [BBC Sport].
Winning two La Liga titles and four Champions League trophies during his nine year stint in Spain, the winger has also been in and out of the team and not always seen eye-to-eye with the media.
Gareth Bale not thinking about future amid Real Madrid exit reports
Expected to move on this summer, Gareth Bale, now 32, is not focusing on anything but getting Wales to a World Cup Finals.
“I haven’t thought about that at all, since we knew we were going to be in this situation, my sole focus has been on this,” said Bale [TalkSPORT].
“I know that thinking of the future can cause doubts in your mind so I’ve not been thinking about that, I’ve just been focusing on this game coming up.

“Whatever happens in the future I’ll decide in the future.”
Rangers might only have a loan of Aaron Ramsey until the end of the season, but fans are hoping this short stint in Glasgow can perhaps convince the midfielder to take a pay-cut and leave a legacy.
Similarly, there are scribblings online from supporters dreaming of a link-up with Gareth Bale at Ibrox, the notion being the two having made their millions and now being prepared just to play for the love of the game.
It certainly appears one rather expensive pipe dream, but did we ever think Aaron Ramsey would be signing for Rangers on deadline day?
The midfielder is finally getting up to speed after an injury-plagued spell at the club and if the Gers can get him fit and firing, he can be a difference maker in the title run-in.
