The Daily Record reports that Lee Hodson is ‘top target’ for St Mirren this summer.
The 27-year-old defender signed for the Gers in 2016 from MK Dons.

However, he’s long been out of favour at Ibrox and was out on loan with The Buddies all season.
He racked up 22 league appearances under Oran Kearney, who sometimes even deployed him in an unfamiliar holding midfield role.
When he sustained a serious looking ankle injury in January, though, it looked as though his season may be over.
Despite recovering remarkably quickly, he struggled to get back into the St Mirren side, throwing his future into doubt.
However, he returned at the back end of the campaign and started both legs of the playoff final against Dundee United.
Now, it seems he’s done enough for his adopted side to pursue a permanent move.

Helpfully for Oran Kearney, Hodson’s contract is about to expire, so St Mirren don’t need to worry about a transfer fee.
Back in April, the player admitted he would consider a permanent deal.
“I want to help the lads keep the club in the Premiership, where it belongs”, said Hodson, as
“But I would definitely consider staying here.
“There is a great bunch of lads and great staff here so it is definitely something that I would be interested in.”
