Rangers striker Youssef Chermiti could leave Ibrox this summer to join Eredivisie side PSV Eindhoven.

The Portuguese forward joined the Gers from Everton ahead of the 2025/26 season for an £8m fee.

Many would argue that he had a decent first season at Ibrox, scoring 15 goals and providing five assists in 41 games in all competitions.

How much should Rangers demand for Youssef Chermiti?

PSV Eindhoven settle on making pursuit to sign Youssef Chermiti

According to ED, PSV Eindhoven have settled on their pursuit of Chermiti this summer, despite having other strikers on their shortlist.

They have taken their interest to the next level as they plan on signing the 22-year-old ahead of Porto and Galatasaray, who have also been linked.

It is understood that the Rangers chiefs want to make a significant profit despite the forward being at the club for only one season.

Now that Danny Rohl has left Rangers, how would you rate his time at the club?

£25m is the amount that would see them open to cashing in, as that would be three times the fee they paid for him.

While Besiktas have been linked with the former Everton man as well, those reports are not understood to be true.

Their manager Vincenzo Italiano is not keen on the Portuguese attacker and will be pursuing other options.

Who can Rangers sign to replace Chermiti?

If Chermiti ends up staying, having four strikers, including Lawrence Shankland, Ryan Naderi, and Bojan Miovski will be good enough.

However, in case there is big money being put on the table for the 22-year-old, McInnes would want the board to rope in a replacement.

The 54-year-old has a very good relationship with Claudio Braga, and he could tempt him to come to Ibrox.

Which Hearts player(s) would you like to see at Rangers next season?

Derek McInnes may be tempted to sign one or two this summer!

Braga was already a Rangers target before McInnes’ arrival, and there is no reason why the Scotsman would be against bringing him to the club.

The 26-year-old was named PEFA Scotland Players’ Player of the Year last season and already knows how to play alongside Shankland in a McInnes system.

Unlike Shankland, Braga is capable of playing as a wide forward as well, especially off the left where he cuts in on his preferred right foot to wreak havoc in the final third.

He would be a quality signing, and it remains to be seen if a move for the Hearts forward is on the cards.
