Rangers are stilling working on bringing Ryan Kent back to Ibrox this summer and they have received a potential double boost this weekend.
Firstly, the Daily Record reports that Leeds United have ended their interest in the Liverpool winger.

The ambitious Championship side were one of a number of parties reportedly keen on hijacking the Gers’ move.
However, they have now apparently followed Aston Villa’s lead [Daily Record] in withdrawing interest.
With several big names now pulling out of the race, Rangers are facing less and less competition for the 22-year-old.

Secondly, up until now, despite all the speculation, there’s been very little word from the player himself.
However, a Gers fan claims to have quizzed Kent on a potential return to Rangers after a chance encounter on holiday.
His response? ‘Possibly, yeah’
It’s hardly concrete, but it seems the player himself still believes a second stint at Ibrox is on the cards.
That, coupled with the dwindling number of competitors, suggests things are moving in the right direction.
It may be a while yet before the situation is resolved, but that doesn’t make the Gers any less likely to secure Kent for another season.
Hopefully, after a few weeks of pre-season, Klopp will part with his asset. One thing is for sure, if he does come back, he’ll be the most popular addition of the summer.
