The Scottish Sun reports that Nuremberg have had a bid rejected for Greg Taylor.
The Kilmarnock and Scotland left-back caught the eye with his performances last season.

With Rangers’ left-back spot not yet nailed down, it’s been suggested that Steven Gerrard could move for the 21-year-old [Daily Record].
Yet, if he does swoop, it seems he’ll need to be armed with more than £500,000.
The half a million-pound offer from Nuremberg, who were relegated from the Bundesliga for a record ninth time last season, is thought to be the first firm bid for Taylor.
Yet, several Championship sides are also said to be weighing up moves of their own.

Verdict
Taylor was a standout for Killie last season, turning out 36 times in the SPL. His performances and the absence of Andy Robertson, saw him earn an international debut last month, too.
He held his own at left-back against the world’s no.1 ranked side, as Scotland were eventually downed 3-0 by Belgium.
It will be interesting to see if Rangers are interested now they know their bid will need to be in excess of £500k.
Croatian international Borna Barisic is the currently the club’s only natural left-back, while Jon Flanagan and Andy Halliday are capable of filling in.
At just 21, Taylor is a talented young defender. Yet, he also brings a good level of experience for someone of that age. The Killie academy graduate, who spent his early years with Rangers, has turned out over 100 times for the Rugby Park outfit in the league.
