Sharing the details on social media, Clifford highlighted that the move represents a win-win scenario for both the player’s long-term pathway and the Ibrox hierarchy.
Clifford wrote: “Paul Nsio will sign a new deal at Rangers before heading to St Mirren on Loan for the season.
“Paul spent last year on loan at Raith, winning player of the year, and will now test himself in the Premier League with the Saints.
“Good move for him and good news for the club.”
