Speculation linking Luis Palma has gone quiet in recent weeks, however, a move to Rangers is very much on the cards according to the player himself.
The Honduras international has been allowed to skip representing his country during the next break as the 23-year old gets set to sort out his future.

Speaking to Diez, a media outlet from his homeland, Luis Palma confirmed that Rangers could well be his next destination.
When asked if his spell in Greece had improved him as a player, he said:
“Personally I have changed a lot as a person for the better. As a footballer I have changed a lot, thank God for giving me the opportunity to show what (talent) is in Honduras.”
As with Alfredo Morelos when he first arrived in Scotland, Palma seems like a very humble young man.
Players who are drive to reach the top are good targets for Rangers because they won’t rest on their laurels whilst they are with us, especially if they see the Premier League as the ultimate dream.
What is the latest on what Luis Palma will set Rangers back?
Six clubs have also been mentioned as keeping an eye on the 13-goal winger but it is Rangers who are said to have offered in the region of £2.5m.
A fee of £4.5m has been reported as the figure that Aris are looking for so Rangers aren’t too far away in terms of an opening offer, also, the early start to negotiations means that there is a good chance it could get completed before pre-season.
With Ryan Kent leaving, Scott Wright tipped for a move to Preston and Rabbi Matondo yet to score for the club, signing an attacking midfielder who can play wide and in support of forwards is a summer priority.
Luis Palma might not be a household name but it is exactly the type of signing that Rangers and Michael Beale needs to make this summer, similar to Dujon Sterling and Kieran Dowell.
Young, with the ability to make an immediate impact on the first team as well as room for development.
All Rangers need to do is add a few pounds to the offer and it sounds like it could be “done deal and here we go”.
