Announcements. That’s what the Rangers fans are looking for.
So far, it’s been an incredible week in terms of breaking transfer stories.
Steven Davis reportedly agrees a deal in principle, then Sky Sports report a sensational loan deal for Jermain Defoe.

Hot on the heels of those, came two more.
Jordan Jones and Glen Kamara. Both reportedly set to switch to Ibrox from Kilmarnock and Dundee respectively, at the end of their current contracts.

A journalist claimed yesterday that both players had already underwent Rangers medicals.
There is a sense of impatience now, though, as there have been no official announcements from the club.

However, all that may be set to change by the end of today. That is, because
BBC Sport have reported that both Jones and Kamara are currently at Ibrox.
Surely, these deals are now close to completion.
Jones has been a long-term target for the Gers, with Killie rejecting a bid last January.
However, it appears that
the Gers may have beaten off competition from arch rivals Celtic, for the services of Finland international Kamara.

If both of these captures are eventually announced, it could prove prudent business from the Gers.
Identifying and bringing in two players at the same time on what will effectively be frees, reflects good transfer strategy.
