Chelsea, Arsenal, Bayern Munich and other sides keen on signing Emmanuel Fernandez have been made aware of Rangers’ demands.
Having signed the 24-year-old from Peterborough United for £3.5m in the summer, the Ibrox outfit now have an in-demand centre-back on their books.
Rangers have made their stance clear on Fernandez as he was targeted in the January transfer window as well, but things could be different in the summer.

Rangers look to make significant profit from Emmanuel Fernandez’s sale
Sources have told Rangers News that Danny Rohl is not entirely open to the idea of parting ways with the London-born defender.
However, he is aware that every player has a price and if a buying club is willing to meet that valuation, the Gers will cash in on him.
Rangers News understands that the Ibrox outfit currently value him at over £10m, and that could increase based on how the season ends.

Should Rangers win the league and play in the Champions League next season, they will be looking to charge a premium.
Thus far, none of the interested teams have made an approach for Fernandez, who could soon be capped by Nigeria.
They will be keeping tabs on the 24-year-old until the end of the season, and will then explore the possibility of signing him.

How Rangers are expected to handle Fernandez’s situation
Currently, both the player and the club will not be focusing on the summer transfer window, but on the next four months.
There is a league title to be won and the hierarchy will have had a word with Fernandez in January that there would be no more talks until the end of the season.
Having joined from a third-tier club in England, Fernandez, too, will be excited at the prospect of challenging and potentially winning a first division league title.
He knows that he could be playing in the Champions League regularly next season if he does stay at Ibrox, something which is not expected at clubs like Arsenal, Chelsea and Bayern Munich.
Thus, Rangers are likely to tell him that they have set an asking fee for him and the ball is in his court if there is a club willing to pay that much for him.
