As we have seen with the players that Rangers have signed in this transfer window, rumours linking the likes of Ryan Kent have proven to be little more than suggestive rather than factual.
Gers boss Philppe Clement and Nils Koppen have moved on from our recent past and know that a new direction is needed for our squad building with an exciting profile of player now coming to Ibrox.
The future for ex-Rangers star Ryan Kent doesn’t look quite as bright though after it was revealed that his Fenerbahce stand-off isn’t going to end well.

From Rangers to footballing limbo for Ryan Kent
According to Sport Digitale journalist Yaguz Sabuncuoglu, the 27-year old winger might not even be seen on Fener’s bench for the rest of the season after knocking back a potential move to Hull City:
“Fenerbahçe, who could not convince Zajc and Kent to leave for now, turned to King and Crespo.
“If foreigners who are not considered in the squad do not leave; contracts will be suspended. Joshua King’s departure is also imminent, an official offer has arrived.”
It’s at the stage where, given his lack of game time and how far down the pecking order he is, Ryan Kent could well have his contract written off by Fenerbahce in what was clearly the wrong move after leaving Rangers.
Said to want a return to Glasgow or the Premier League, sitting in the stands isn’t doing him any favours although clubs might be more likely to take a punt if he is available for free.
Kent’s situation was already bleak but the Super Lig giants have brought more foreign players to the club which means that the former Liverpool academy prospect will be removed from their squad altogether.
It’s not quite clear whether the suspension claim is a permanent or short-term solution, either way, he really needs to consider swallowing his pride and setting his sites lower.
Like Alfredo Morelos, if he wants to restore his reputation, he has to be playing games and he simply isn’t going to get that in Turkey.
