Rangers star Alfredo Morelos will be turning out for FC Porto next season – if a leading report from Portugal is to be believed.
According to Antenna 1 – one of the country’s leading Radio stations – a deal to bring the 25-year-old Colombian striker to the Estádio do Dragão is already done.
The outlet is claiming that it “knows” there is a full agreement regarding the future of the striker who has scored 94 goals for the Gers across four seasons.
This news comes after a spate of reports regarding interest in Morelos from both Portugal and Scotland this week.
A Bola via Sport Witness kicked things off by suggesting the Dragons were considering a move to replace Moussa Marega, who has moved to Al Hilal.
However, Rangers’ asking price was said to be a stumbling block with Porto rejecting the notion the player could move for even £10m [A Bola].
That report would also suggest that the Gers have rejected a £6.8m (€8m) bid from Serie A side Cagliari for the striker.
However, the Scottish Sun would then claim that Porto are set to test Rangers’ resolve with a bid imminently, somewhere in the region of £10m.
This report also claims that the Gers want somewhere between £15m and £20m for the striker who has at times been a talismanic presence for Rangers.

If Morelos is to leave Ibrox this time – and it remains a big if without more information – then expect plenty of tears as the biggest Gers hero in a generation parts ways with an adoring support.
Whilst links to Morelos will worry Gers fans, a player linked into Ibrox has his current side “concerned” as his contract runs down.
