Borna Barisic has heaped yet more praise on Rangers fans after last night’s game against Maribor.
That’s despite the Croatian LB fact he’s still to make his debut.
In a press conference with Steven Gerrard this afternoon, Barisic was excitable and extremely positive about the prospect of playing at Ibrox.

Last night was Barisic’s second taste of the Ibrox atmosphere and the powerful wingback is raring to go at Rangers. He said:
“I’m very happy to be part of this really big club.
My mentality is that I always want to win. I want to win everything that we can. We need to play like, train like, and that’s the most important thing.
Yesterday we saw a top atmosphere, I felt that when we played [at Ibrox] with Osijek the Rangers fans were really positive crazy.”
The highly rated wingback also spoke about his ambitions to use Rangers as a springboard to make it back into the Croatian national team. He looks extremely confident in his ability to add to his three caps.
The Croatian also spoke to fellow countryman Nikola Katic who told him everything from the fans, to the facilities to the manager were “top”.

With the games coming thick and fast, Rangers will no doubt get the chance to see their latest Croatian hero take the field very soon.
Next up for Rangers is St. Mirren, with Barisic saying in the conference he hoped to be involved.
