Darrell Currie, journalist and Scottish football presenter on BT Sport, believes Rangers could push through two transfer deals in the near future.
Both Aberdeen’s Graeme Shinnie and Motherwell’s Jake Hastie are out of contract in the summer. Therefore, both players are able to enter into pre-contract negotiations with other clubs.

Earlier this week, during the Record Rangers Podcast, another journalist, Gavin Berry, claimed that Shinnie would follow in the footsteps of Ryan Jack by leaving behind the Dons captaincy, and moving to Ibrox.

Furthermore, the Scottish Sun, have reported that Hastie is close to agreeing a four-year deal.
Now, Currie has claimed that he believes both deals could go ahead.
‘Looks like Hastie will sign for Rangers from Motherwell’, Currie wrote on Twitter.
‘A bright young talent…Shinne deal could also happen.’

What a turn up for the books this would be.
After a busy January transfer window, most of us believed tangible transfer activity was done until the summer.
Yet, there’s now the possibility of the Gers raiding two of their rivals for key men.
Steven Gerrard certainly isn’t resting on his laurels ahead of next season.
