Philippe Clement has enjoyed a solid start to life as Rangers manager with only a couple of bumps along the road so far.
Performances have been more consistent, more chances are being created and there is a positivity slowly returning to the club.
Against Hearts, Philippe Clement went with a similar line up to the one that faced St Mirren at the weekend and the evidence suggests that he got it right.

Philippe Clement gets it right for Rangers at Tynecastle
It was far from a comfortable watch despite the number of glaring opportunities that were squandered.
Jack Butland had to make a couple of smart saves and 0-0 and 1-0 as well as James Tavernier’s timely block on the line.
According to FotMob’s statistics, and the reason why Philippe Clement wasn’t happy with his Rangers forwards after the game, there were five big chances missed.
How often have we created as many as that at Ibrox this season, never mind someone as tough to go to as Tynecastle?
Danilo probably won’t have slept much last night given the two that he should have buried without hesitating, there is a time to take a touch and, on neither occasion, were they the right time.
But…
We are creating those chances and we are getting in to the positions to score them.
The goal that we did score was clearly from the training ground too.
The movement and passing between James Tavernier and Ross McCausland before the run and pass to play in Abdallah Sima would have been a welcome sight for Philippe Clement as he looks to get Rangers scoring more goals.
Giovanni van Bronckhorst and Michael Beale both started their tenures positively – Clement himself is unbeaten in 11 games – the difference is that the current Gers boss looks like he has a philosophy and knows how to implement it with the squad that he has available.
A couple of coaching points for players like Danilo and we should be fine.
