Rangers are desperately trying to bring back Tottenham youngster Mikey Moore in this summer’s transfer window.

Moore has been among the best players for Rangers, and Danny Rohl would love to rely on his services for another season.

However, the Englishman’s return to Ibrox hinges on multiple factors, but a decision is expected to be made in the coming weeks.

Will Rangers sack Danny Rohl if they fail to win the league?

If he goes, who would be a good replacement for him?

Mikey Moore stays quiet when asked about Rangers return

Mikey Moore decided to stay quiet when asked about whether or not he would want to return to Rangers next season.

At the end-of-season awards event, in which he was named the Young Player of the Year, the teenager was then asked a few questions on stage.

Previously, he has stated that he has loved his time at the club, and it is up to the clubs as to whether or not he will be returning.

However, it looks like he does not fancy a return to Glasgow next season, which could be personal reasons, or it could be that Tottenham have made him certain assurances over his game time next season.

Spurs still do not know which division they will be in for the 2026/27 campaign, so a lot will hinge on that.

Footage has emerged as Moore was asked: “How much do you want to be here next season?”

Instead of stating that he would love to return and that it would depend on other factors, he just stayed quiet and was then allowed to walk off the stage.

Will Rangers re-sign Mikey Moore for the 2026/27 season?

What can bring Moore back to Ibrox?

There could be some factors that could make a return to Ibrox possible for Moore.

If the Gers win the league and qualify for the Champions League, he would be willing to return and play in Europe’s elite club competition.

Also, if Tottenham are still a Premier League side, Roberto De Zerbi will be handed the funds to strengthen his playing eleven and is unlikely to offer regular minutes to the 18-year-old.

In that instance, the North London club would allow him to leave on loan and continue his development at a club where he will be a regular starter.
