The big games keep coming for Rangers and Philippe Clement but, even if it wasn’t a cup final against Aberdeen, he would still want to make amends for the draw at Pittodrie.
The Gers boss was a frustrated figure after failing to capitalise on Celtic slipping up the day before, although the performance was good enough to get all three points – there were certainly enough chances created.
With injuries mounting up, who will Rangers go with to do what they haven’t done all season and beat Aberdeen?

Rangers v Aberdeen – ViaPlay Cup, could be two key changes
The defence was put under serious pressure in Seville when they faced Real Betis, Jack Butland was immense but still conceded two goals that he could do nothing about.
It is unlikely that Philippe Clement will change his defence much other than probably bringing on-form Leon Balogun back into the centre of defence.
In midfield, he has even fewer options in his squad and the most likely pairing is John Lundstram and Dujon Sterling, something nobody would have predicted at the start of the season or even a week ago.
Jose Cifuentes is suspended and Ryan Jack is just returning to training which leaves the former Chelsea player as the most likely to come in.
In the second half against Betis he was outstanding, positionally so much better than he had been against Dundee in the same role at Ibrox last week.

His athleticism, power, pace and ball carrying skills could be perfect for Rangers against what will be a physical Aberdeen side.
Alongside Balogun, his inclusion gives the line-up a more commanding look.
The forward line, with Rabbi Matondo struggling for fitness, is also limited and the biggest question mark will be over Todd Cantwell.
Philippe Clement hopes that he would be available, and so to does the Rangers support.
Momentum is a powerful thing but, in cup finals, performance is nothing and winning is everything.
Whatever it takes, Rangers have to win against Aberdeen.
