Rangers could look to cash in on the striking duo of Danilo and Bojan Miovski in the summer transfer window.

Danilo is currently out on loan at NEC Nijmegen, while Miovski is struggling for regular game time under Danny Rohl at Ibrox.

With Andrew Cavenagh and his consortium set to issue new shares worth £16m, it is going to be an eventful transfer window.

Rangers eye Philippe Keny transfer

According to Pete O’Rourke, the Ibrox outfit are among three clubs keen on FC Zurich striker Philippe Keny.

Coventry and Wrexham are also believed to be interested in signing the Senegalese forward, who has been in blistering form this term.

The 26-year-old has bagged 12 goals and his performances in Switzerland could see him on the move in the summer transfer window.

Keny moved to Zurich at the start of the season from Turkish side Istanbul Basaksehir after a difficult few seasons there.

He struggled to establish himself as a prolific goal-scoring threat, but fortunately for him, he has found success in Switzerland.

Via X, O’Rourke wrote: “Coventry City, Wrexham and Rangers are tracking highly-rated FC Zurich striker Philippe Keny.

“The powerful forward has impressed for FC Zurich this season with 12 goals bringing him onto the radar of a number of clubs across Europe.”

Danilo and Bojan Miovski could be shown the door if Keny joins

Danilo has struggled for consistency at Rangers since his £6m move from Feyenoord back in 2023.

He has been loaned out to play regularly and potentially stake a claim to make a first-team return, but it does not look likely at this stage.

Danilo and Miovski both do not seem to be rated by Danny Rohl…👎

The same can be said about Miovski as well, who joined in the summer for £2.6m, but has found game time hard to come by under Rohl.

Keny’s arrival could see the Gers selling both Danilo and Miovski as it makes no sense to have so many strikers in the squad.

It remains to be seen if the Brazilian’s loan spell can increase interest in his services, but for Miovski, it may be a tad harder, as he has not been playing regularly.

The North Macedonian could be a target for other Scottish Premiership sides, but does not seem likely to have a future at Ibrox.
