The notion that Rangers are still in some kind of title race is absolutely absurd. At least at the moment.
But with Celtic off the boil and threatening to stumble, it could well be put back into our hands in the coming weeks.

Our city rivals and the league leaders dropped two points at Easter Road today. Truth be told, they were lucky to escape with one.
Rangers defeated Hearts 3-1 yesterday in a very impressive, comfortable performance at Tynecastle. The showing up in Edinburgh follows on from some very impressive performances against Hearts at Ibrox and Motherwell at Fir Park.
As a result, Rangers have now closed the gap to nine points with twelve left to play for. The likelihood Rangers can turn this around is so very slim, and ultimately it is out of our hands.
But should our rivals fall to a defeat against Kilmarnock at home or Aberdeen at Pittodrie, then the title race will come to Ibrox, where we’ll at least have the chance to take it to the final day.

By that time, Rangers would need to be six points off them. A win on the day would take it to three and the final day. And all of this is provided Rangers can get results against Aberdeen and Hibs at Ibrox.
Celtic’s stumbling form and a Rangers resurgence are keeping the faint flicker of a title race open. And you wouldn’t exactly bet against it going all the way to Ibrox in three weeks time.
