Rangers are ready to pay £50k to take Glen Kamara to Ibrox this month, at least according to the Daily Express.
The midfielder signed a pre-contract at the beginning of January and is not scheduled to join up with his Ibrox teammates until June.
But should Glen Kamara make the trip down the M8 this month what will it mean for a player currently on the fringes at Ibrox?

Lassana Coulibaly hasn’t played in Rangers’ last two matches. Despite playing six matches in a busy December, he only played 19 minutes against Celtic.
The Malian international has also struggled with injuries all season. Prior to picking up a knock against St. Mirren in only our second Scottish Premiership game of the season, Coulibaly was superb.
But since then the midfielder has struggled to recapture the form which had the Ibrox faithful singing his name.
Now he seems to be below the likes of Ross McCrorie in the Ibrox pecking order. And not without good reason.

If Glen Kamara was to join, you’d imagine he’d be prioritised over Angers loanee Coulibaly. Both players play in the same position and fulfil similar roles in the side.
