There’s no doubt that midfielder Ross McCrorie, is a fan favourite at Ibrox.

He endured a difficult start to the season, missing out on first team football due to injury, before briefly falling out of favour.

However, since he has been given a run in the team, he has proved his worth.
McCrorie earned a place in the SPFL Team of the Week after a commanding display against Hamilton, in mid-December.
Since then, he has went from strength to strength.

Despite that, he was ousted against Killie after the winter break, to make way for new signing, Steven Davis.
Undeterred, though, he was back from the start against Livingston and performed once again.
One stat in particular, shows just how influential he has been under Steven Gerrard.
The Gers are unbeaten in all twelve domestic fixtures in which McCrorie has featured this season.

Of seven starts, six resulted in victories, with only the 1-1 Boxing Day draw with Hibernian failing to yield all three points.
In fact, the only game McCrorie has lost in a Rangers shirt this season, was away at Rapid Vienna, in the Europa League.
What a record.
No wonder he has received praise from the coaching staff and has been suggested as a future captain by fans.
