Whilst Rangers are making moves to bring players into the club on loan, there’s one Liverpool loanee already there who fans want to join permanently.
Ryan Kent has been a real bright spark this season. A tricky, direct and creative winger, Kent has fast become one of Rangers strongest assets.
But as The Herald report that Rangers are looking to snap up Jordan Jones on a pre-contract, what does it mean for Englishman Kent?

Jones plays in a similar position and won’t be joining Rangers to warm the bench. The Northern Irishman is one of the main reasons Killie are only a point off the top.
If it was between the two, Rangers fans would probably opt for Kent. That’s despite both having similar stats to each other this season.

Jones is a very useful player, if not as nimble and tricky as Kent. And at 24, still has plenty of time to develop at Ibrox.
The Middlesbrough youth would be a smart signing for the club. Especially when you consider the non-existent transfer cost.

But his signature doesn’t necessarily mean Rangers will miss out on Ryan Kent. The Liverpool loanee has already spoken of his eagerness to move to Ibrox full time.
He is unlikely to get into the first team at Anfield and he looks set to move on the Summer.
And he could wind up competing with Jordan Jones for a first team place at Ibrox.
That’s not exactly a bad position for the club to be in.
