It might’ve been Ryan Kent who stole the show as Rangers ran out 3-1 winners over Hamilton, but the performance of Ryan Jack also caught the eye of Rangers fans.
Tricky winger Kent got a double to announce himself back on the scene at Ibrox after Hamilton had pegged Rangers back following an early Jack strike.
But more than just get his name on the scoresheet, Jack was an imposing, direct and influential presence throughout the match.
Not our best performance but it’s 3 points and take that every time
Quality goal from Kent & that’s why we paid the big fee, he’s the game changer for us
Ryan Jack again very good and now adding to his offensive side to become the all rounder
Job done & on to Thursday

Ryan Jack absolutely superb, again. Entitled to ask for more from those around him. Defence very lackadaisical. I think SG will blister a few at HT.

Hard to explain how vital Ryan Jack is to our system.

Ryan Jack got Rangers off to a flyer when the midfielder neatly finished into the bottom corner with his left foot after some neat play from James Tavernier.
The ball rebounded out after the Rangers captain turned the Accies defender before the ball rebounded out to the feet of Jack.
The midfielder thought quickly and his tidy, first-time finish sums up just how sharp the former Aberdeen captain has been for Rangers this season.
Beyond that, Jack was a pivotal influence on the match, taking responsibility for Rangers and driving Steven Gerrard’s side forward.
On another day he might have had one or two more goals, with the Hamilton keeper pulling off some neat saves from a range of curling efforts.
It was a seamless return to club duty for the Scotland international, who also staked his claim for a regular berth with his country during the break.
