Reported Rangers target Tomas Kalas was left red-faced last night – and not just because his side shipped five goals.
The big Czech Republic centre half had a torrid time against an impressive England outfit. His countrymen fell to a 5-0 defeat but Kalas suffered personal embarrassment with a pretty terrible own goal.
Rangers and Celtic were both said to be trailing the big on-loan Bristol City defender [originally The Scottish Sun]. But should either side pounce, their fans will want to forget last night. As will Tomas Kalas.

It’s not just any own goal either – that one’s a belter. The ball rolls out to him and it looks like Kalas has plenty of time to scoop the ball away.
In a moment of madness the 25 year old Czech somehow touches the ball into the back of the net.
It’s not a great audition for the Chelsea defender but these things happen. And can you blame him for the wider result?
