Rangers await two potentially pivotal decisions today, according to a report in the Scottish Sun.
They relate to two star players at different ends of the pitch – Alfredo Morelos and Allan McGregor.
On Thursday, it emerged that the club were appealing the Colombian’s red card against Aberdeen on Wednesday night.

Both he and Scott McKenna were sent off following a second half incident.
At present, El Buffalo is facing a two match ban for violent conduct that would see him ruled out of Saturday’s Scottish Cup tie with Kilmarnock, as well as the home SPL clash with St Johnstone.
McGregor under review?
Meanwhile, goalkeeper, Allan McGregor could also find himself in hot water, according to a report in the Scottish Sun.
The veteran was involved in a nasty looking incident involving Lewis Ferguson with around 20 minutes left on the clock.
He rushed out to collect an attempted through ball on the edge of the area, but led with his studs. He caught the Dons midfielder flush on the shin, sending him writhing around in pain.

The report claims that SFA Compliance Officer Clare Whyte is reviewing the incident. Therefore, McGregor should find out whether or not he faces a retrospective ban this afternoon.
These two calls could prove pivotal for Rangers. The Scottish Cup is one of two remaining opportunities for silverware this season.
Yet, we have already seen how tough it can be to get a result at Rugby Park.
Best case scenario – both stars will travel tomorrow.

If they don’t though, it poses questions.
Can Rangers play the same way with just Defoe up top, or would Kyle Lafferty lead the line in Morelos’ stead?
Is Wes Foderingham ready for such an important fixture?
Of course, Rangers can do it without this pair. It’ll just be a lot more difficult.
We await the decisions with bated breath.
