A normally reliable Croatian football news Twitter account has claimed that Rangers remain interested in Dinamo Zagreb’s attacking midfielder Amer Gojak.
Croatian Football News is normally a highly reliable source of information when it comes to players in the region.
Amer Gojak, 22, is a goalscoring, creative midfielder with six caps for Bosnia & Herzegovina. But Rangers may well have to shell out for his signature.
According to Croatian outlet Sportsport, Gojak has previously been rated at around £13.5m (€15m).
If the figure Dinamo Zagreb want for the player is anywhere near that amount, it’s incredibly unfeasible that Rangers would move for the attacking midfielder.
Unless of course, the club was to invest nearly all of any potential Morelos transfer, another possibility which is incredibly unfeasible.
Not least because Morelos remains a Rangers player.
If Rangers are in the market for the player the fee would have to be a reasonable amount.
It’s not the first time Rangers have been linked with Gojak either. The same Sportsport report claimed that Gojak had caught the eye of Rangers on a recent scouting mission.

Reports had suggested
Should Rangers really be interested in signing Gojak, he could become the club’s most expensive signing for over a decade.
