Almost four months on and Todd Cantwell continues to talk about his Rangers exit.
The midfielder is doing well at Blackburn and manager John Eustace recently said he was lucky to have him as he was helping his Championship side ‘evolve.’
But he seems to still be constantly referencing his time at Rangers having recently insisted he was open to a return one say despite leaving under a bit of a cloud.
That came just a few weeks after a veiled dig at Philippe Clement after the pair hadn’t seen eye to eye towards the end of his time at Ibrox.
Cantwell has now once again looked back on his time at Gers with comments that may irk fans.

Todd Cantwell ‘proud’ of Rangers transfer request
Clement rocked a press conference one day by marching back in to make the revelation that Cantwell had handed in a transfer request.
The manager had given the midfielder time to stew his decision over before making it public but he stuck to his guns and from that moment on was out of the first-team picture, training with the B team.
It dragged on until the end of the transfer window but he eventually joined Blackburn in a situation that frustrated Rangers fans.
Some of his comments since have continued to irk them and he has now claimed he is “proud” of turning in that transfer request.
Speaking to BBC Radio Lancashire, Cantwell said: “To have a few of those moments in my career so far is probably uncommon. It felt a bit unlucky.
“Situations and different things have followed me around – I’ve got on with the manager and they’ve gone, or I haven’t maybe seen eye to eye with the tactical side of things. Your career is short and you look back and realise that.
“I’m 26 now, not a young boy any more, and if you don’t feel you’re in the right environment to play your best, but also be happy. Happiness is a thing that often gets looked past in football.
“It’s numbers-dominated, about where you are in the league and what you’re playing for, and there’s a lot to be said for just feeling happy in yourself and your environment.
“I thrived in the environment at Rangers but circumstances changed, different people were in charge and it didn’t feel right any more.
“I’m proud of myself for taking that step (the transfer request) because the younger me would probably have sat for another season, and it might have been a season that I looked back on and say I lost.”
What did Cantwell say about returning to Rangers?
The 26-year-old was responding to a fan account who posted a montage of his time at Ibrox.
And he wrote: “Such a special club, we had some fun.
“You hold a massive piece of my heart.
“Maybe one day again.”
