Rangers star Borna Barisic has shared a photo on Instagram that shows him alongside a pair of Ibrox cult heroes in Glasgow.
Barisic has recently returned from international duty with Croatia, although he didn’t feature in either of their final two World Cup Qualifiers against Malta and Russia as he works his way back to full fitness following an injury.

Although he’s not been in top form so far this season, the 29-year-old remains a popular figure in Govan and Bears who follow him will have loved his Instagram story on Friday night.
He shared a photo from Glasgow City Centre in which he’s standing between former Rangers fan favourites Nikica Jelavic and Sasa Papac.
Barisic captioned the photo ‘Friends’ before adding a muscle emoji as well as Croatian, Scottish and British flags and tagging the location.

Jelavic and Papac were back in Glasgow for the memorial service held for club legend Walter Smith at Glasgow Cathedral on Friday.

Ex-Croatia international Jelavic only spent around 18 months at Ibrox but endeared himself to the fans with his prolific goalscoring, while former Bosnia and Herzegovina international Papac enjoyed a trophy-laden six-year spell at the club before retiring in 2012 after failing to recover from a groin injury.
In other news, Rangers legend Ally McCoist destroyed former Celtic star Chris Sutton on TV.
