Rangers star Glenn Middleton has sent a message to a BBC Scotland linked page on Twitter after the account sent a bitter sounding tweet earlier today.
The BBC Sportsound account shared a video of Rangers youngster Kai Kennedy seemingly trying to waste time in last night’s 3-2 Youth Cup win over Celtic. It was a nothing and many Rangers fans vented their frustration at the message.
But Glenn Middleton had a different way to handle the trolling video. He gave them a polite reminder of last night’s score.

Many Rangers fans have reacted positively in the comments as the youngster gets one over on the account.
But the fact BBC Sportsound felt the need to tweet this in the first place is strange. It was a nothing incident in the wider scope of the match.
They should also surely be looking to promote the wealth of talent on show last night, on both sides. And celebrate what was a great advert for our young players.
Rangers and BBC Scotland have been at loggerheads for years, with the relationship breaking down further in recent months.

It’s not the first time the national broadcaster has got in hot water with Rangers fans over a tweet either.
BBC Scotland was forced to delete a tweet about James Tavernier in the wake of the Rangers captain being assaulted by a Hibs fan in March.
