Rangers striker Alfredo Morelos took the plaudits of thousands of bluenoses when he scored the opening goal in the 5-0 demolition of Hearts at Ibrox.
The Colombian striker got his 25th Rangers goal of the season in what’s proving a remarkable few months for the talented striker.
But whilst his goal might’ve kicked off a memorable day for the club’s fans, Morelos made it a day to remember for one young supporter in particular in the run-up to kick-off.
Alfredo carried young bluenose Lucas out onto the pitch with the youngster a mascot for the day at Ibrox.
It is something that the youngster will never forget and would’ve made this a special day for Lucas and all his family.
It’s a testament to the maturity shown by Morelos this season that he’s embracing his hero status amongst young fans so confidently.
The Ibrox club’s supporters took to Twitter to praise their beloved forward for the nice gesture.

It’s a lovely touch from Morelos and something this young fan will be buzzing about for some time to come.
The 23-year-old Colombian could also do with the practice after the news that the striker and partner Yesenia are expecting their first child.
