Rangers have confirmed that talented centre-back Rhys Breen has signed for Dunfermline Athletic for an undisclosed fee.
Breen spent over a decade with the Gers, coming up through the youth system before heading out on a series of senior loan spells.

The 21-year-old spent time at both Partick Thistle and Queen of the South last season, before heading to the United States in May to join partner club Orange County SC.
He made five USL Championship appearances but now returns to Scotland for a permanent move.
The transfer was confirmed by Rangers and Dunfermline on Monday evening, with Breen signing a two-year deal at East End Park.
“Really delighted to get this done,” tweeted Breen in response to the news.
“Thanks to Rangers for the past 11 years. They have shaped me [in]to [the] player and man that I am today and I’m really grateful for it. Can’t wait to get started for the season ahead now.”

Breen showed promise at Rangers and proved he was capable of mixing it in senior football during his recent loan spells, particularly during his time at Queen of the South.
However, given the remarkable strength in depth Rangers have in his position right now, an exit was always likely to come sooner rather than later.
This move suits all parties, with the Light Blues receiving a fee of some kind and Breen joining an ambitious full-time club, with the two-year deal offering him some security.
Another defender may also be set to leave Ibrox imminently, with Rangers reportedly accepting a seven-figure bid.
