Rangers are seeking ‘a couple of opinions’ on an injury sustained by Allan McGregor in training, with the keeper set for a scan this weekend, as quoted by the Glasgow Times.
Influential midfielder, Joe Aribo, was ruled out of action for four to six weeks by Steven Gerrard on Friday with an ankle problem [Rangers FC Twitter], in a major blow for the club and its supporters.

The extent of veteran keeper McGregor’s knee injury is as yet unknown, though.
“I’ll have more information on Monday,” said Gerrard, as quoted by the Glasgow Times. “He’s away to have a scan over the weekend.”
“It’s difficult to say if he’ll be days or weeks at the moment. The idea is to get a couple of opinions. He jarred his knee.
“He made a save with his foot and his knee’s turned out, so he’s in a bit of pain at the moment. I don’t think it’s going to be a huge problem but it just goes to show how important it is to have two keepers in your squad.”
