Rangers appoint Rhiannon Melrose as Partnership Sales Executive
Rhiannon Melrose has joined Rangers as their new Partnership Sales Executive, Rangers News has learned.
Melrose reached an agreement to begin working with the club in April and will be at Ibrox for the foreseeable future.
Prior to this, she was the Partnership and Business Development manager at QTV
She also held the role of Partnerships Executive at Recast, as well as being the Accounts Co-ordinator there.
This will be Melrose’s first-ever role at a football club.

Melrose will play a pivotal role in driving the club’s commercial growth through proactive sponsorship and partnership acquisition.
Based at Ibrox, her focus is likely to be on outbound sales, identifying and engaging potential corporate partners, brands and businesses to secure new revenue streams.
Her daily responsibilities may include researching leads, conducting cold outreach, delivering compelling presentations, as well as crafting tailored proposals that showcase Rangers’ intangible assets.
Will you take Lewis Ferguson back at Rangers this summer?
Barry Ferguson has backed the move…
She could also manage the sales pipeline, arrange meetings, negotiate deals and work closely with the commercial partnerships team to meet the club’s targets.
Beyond acquisition, she will also look to nurture relationships with existing members, ensuring they receive agreed benefits and organising networking events to strengthen long-term partnerships.
Given her commercial drive and a passion for football, she could play a key role in elevating the club’s financial success.
Her efforts directly support Rangers’ ambition to maximise commercial revenue while building meaningful brand collaborations.
