Rangers are “monitoring” the situation with out-of-contract QPR winger Bright Osayi-Samuel, whose current deal at QPR is set to expire in June [Scottish Sun].
According to reports, Rangers, Crystal Palace and Club Brugge all have one eye on the player’s situation whilst Old Firm rivals Celtic have made the right-winger a “priority signing”.

This news comes after Rangers were linked with a move for the “£5m-rated” player in the summer [Football Insider] whilst Celtic were linked later in the window [Scottish Sun].
Osayi-Samuel, 22, is a Nigerian born winger who has shown early promise at QPR but is currently havering over signing a new deal.
Rangers and Celtic could both secure the player on a cut-price development fee if they wait to secure his signature in the summer due to cross-border compensation rules.
Osayi-Samuel started his career with Blackpool before joining QPR as a teenager in 2017.
Since then the winger has gone on to carve out an impressive enough start to his career with the Rs, already making over 100 appearances for the Loftus Road club.
So far this season, Samuel has made 17 appearances, scoring twice and assisting three goals for a Queens Park Rangers side currently languishing in 19th place in the English Championship.

Led by former Rangers boss Mark Warburton, the ex-Ibrox gaffer will be determined to keep one of his key players in London at least until the end of the season.
Speaking of wingers and Rangers, Steven Gerrard appeared to reopen the door to a frozen out Ibrox wide man as he discussed Thursday night’s 2-0 win over Lech Poznan.
