Rangers kid Nathan Patterson is the Ibrox man of the moment after the right-back was called up to the Scotland squad ahead of Euro 2020.
The talented teenage full back is certainly lucky to be included after a high-profile Covid breach curtailed his season but there will be few who can argue against the boy’s talent.
Coming up through the youth ranks at Rangers, Patterson is also well aware of another young Ibrox Academy graduate who is currently doing bits south of the border.
Patterson is one of three potential debutants in the Scotland squad; Celtic midfielder David Turnbull is one and ex-Gers Academy kid Billy Gilmour is the other.
Chelsea star Gilmour, also 19, is widely considered as the standout Scotland talent and his inclusion in the squad comes amid ongoing calls to get him into the top team.
Gilmour is already an active member of the Chelsea team and is widely regarded as amongst the best young midfielders in world football.
Nathan Patterson has grown up alongside Gilmour and the Rangers kid shared a hilarious image of the two in their Scotland youth days looking particularly baby-faced.

Patterson was tagged in the snap via Instagram and shared it to his official story with the hilarious photo showing the two as youngsters.
Rangers fans were delighted to see Patterson called up to the squad as the Ibrox faithful celebrate one of their own breaking through for his country.
