Rangers loanee Josh McPake was sent off for two bookable offences on his league debut for Greenock Morton on Saturday.
The 19-year-old winger moved to Cappielow on loan in September and started impressively, earning rave reviews from supporters for his efforts on debut in the League Cup against Queen of the South.

The Ton lost that encounter on penalties but while they got off to a winning start in the league this weekend, McPake may not have fond memories of his Championship debut for the club.
The Scotland youth international was named in the starting XI and made a key contribution in the tenth minute, playing in Cameron Salkeld, who gave the hosts the lead.
The Gers loanee picked up his first booking in the 34th minute, though, after referee, Alan Newlands, took exception to his attempts to prevent Alloa from taking a quick free-kick.
When Steven Hetherington was sent off for the visitors on the hour mark, Morton looked likely to cruise home.
Yet, Newlands evened up the numbers 16 minutes from time, harshly brandishing a second yellow to McPake for an alleged dive in the opposition penalty area.
David Hopkin’s side still managed to see the game out to secure three points, but the Morton boss won’t be able to call upon his Rangers loanee for the trip to Dundee next weekend due to suspension.
It’s a shame for McPake, who was no doubt looking forward to the opportunity to show his quality at Dens Park, following his difficult loan stint there last season.
