Rangers legend Ally McCoist didn’t hold back as he criticised Celtic coach John Kennedy for his comments in the wake of the Old Firm fallout.
Kennedy described Scott Brown’s behaviour in the Old Firm as “first class” earlier in the week. And the comments appear to have gotten more than a few laughs from Ally McCoist.
Ridiculing the notion, McCoist tears into John Kennedy for the comments. But he reserves plenty for the Rangers players who were pulled into the mire.
The ex-Rangers boss describes both Ryan Kent and Alfredo Morelos as “idiots” for incidents during the match. The duo were both involved in spats with Scott Brown, with Morelos being sent off and Kent being retrospectively punished.
McCoist also calls Andy Halliday as “daft as they come” for getting involved with the Celtic captain at the end of the game.
But McCoist completely destroys the notion that Scott Brown’s behaviour was “first class”. And quite right too.

The war of words rumbles on from the fallout of the Old Firm last week. Celtic are set to refute
But McCoist is pretty adamant that the Celtic captain deserves to be criticised too.
