Ever since Rangers hammered Killie last night, Rugby Park has been in meltdown.
There was Steve Clarke throwing all his toys out the pram and somehow flipping his side’s 5-0 mauling onto the age-old issue of sectarianism. This after conveniently shirking the issue pre-match when it affected one of his own players.
And then Eamonn Brophy got involved by tweeting out complaints about a penalty that never was. Before the Rangers player involved rubbed salt in the wound.

Joe Worrall was accused of hauling Brophy to the ground for a penalty right at the start of the first half. It’s up for debate but Brophy also looks to have made a complete meal of it.
It didn’t matter to Worrall. Nothing was awarded and Kilmarnock went on to spit the dummy in Govan. Five goals would fly into the Killie net after that, no wonder there was a meltdown.
The sweet, salty tears of Ayrshire pain are being lapped up by the Ibrox faithful. And that clearly includes Joe Worrall. He couldn’t resist indulging in the hurt of the Kilmarnock striker.

Rangers hammered Kilmarnock 5-0 in a Scottish Cup Fifth Round dismantling at Ibrox. Killie couldn’t even register a shot on target.
Fans were delighted as Alfredo Morelos banged in a stunning four goals to put Steve Clarke’s team of hammer throwers to the sword.
Next up for Rangers is a trip to Aberdeen in the quarter finals. It’s a prospect which already has some fans salivating.
