Rangers have appealed to their fans to create the Blue Sea of Ibrox against PSV Eindhoven as season ticket holders are impacted by the Dutch club’s Champions League allocation.

The Gers are asking supporters who will attend the Champions League Playoff clash against PSV Eindhoven to don blue jerseys and turn the stadium the colour of the famous Ibrox anthem.

This comes with many supporters showing up in changed orange or red and white kits for the tremendous turnaround victory over Union Saint Gilloise this week.

With PSV’s Oranje roots we don’t think this is an awful idea whilst Rangers have also confirmed ticketing details ahead of the match.

The Gers have a quick turnaround to get everyone back into Ibrox within the week after dumping the Belgians and season ticket holders are set to be moved as part of the PSV allocation.

The Dutch club will take around 5000 seats as per UEFA regulations meaning several season ticket holders will be moved. Find out if you’re affected HERE.

Tickets are priced at £34 for adults, £24 for concessions and £14 for juniors and are currently on sale to season ticket holders who are not being moved now.

These people could purchase their tickets for the Rangers and PSV clash from yesterday (10th August), with the sale continuing up until the end of the day (11th August).

Those on CCCS can expect the payments from today onwards (11th August).

Those season ticket holders who have been moved will receive a £2 discount on their tickets and will be available to purchase from 9am on Friday 12th of August until Saturday 13th of August.

MyGers members will have exclusive access to the MyGers pre-sale window from 9am on Saturday 13th of August.

A general sale will then take place from 9am on Monday 15th of August subject to availability.

The Rangers clash against PSV will also see the return of Champions League music to Ibrox, with the players also set to sport the logo on their sleeve.

This is one of the biggest matches the club has played in a decade and all eyes will be on Glasgow next Tuesday as the club vie to make the group stages for the first time since 2010.

Meanwhile, Rangers have announced the exit of one first-teamer who has struggled to break into the side.
