Infamous Rangers flop Umar Sadiq could return to Scotland less than a year after the striker left Ibrox.
That’s after the lanky Nigerian forward joined Serbian side Partizan Belgrade on a season-long loan with an option to buy at the end of the season.
Partizan Belgrade have drawn Kilmarnock in QR2 of Europa League qualifying and will meet the Ayrshire club should Killie get past Connah’s Quay Nomads.

Kilmarnock will expect to navigate the tie against the Welsh outfit, and if they do, the match with Partizan could cast the spotlight onto Umar Sadiq.
The AS Roma forward joined Rangers on loan last season with high hopes attached to the 6ft3 inch target man.
But these were never to come to fruition as Sadiq struggled to settle in Glasgow.
His attitude was routinely brought into question, with the striker failing to score and only featuring a total of four times in a Rangers shirt.
Two of those appearances came in the Betfred Cup, with Sadiq infamously diving for a penalty in the tournament’s semi-final against Aberdeen.

Whilst Umar managed 17 appearances and three goals for Perugia, the 22-year-old will be looking to impress at a higher level with Partizan.
Just imagine the scenes if he knocked Kilmarnock out at Rugby Park?
