Rangers take on St Johnstone in a 3pm kick-off at Ibrox today, in the Scottish Premiership.
It’s a big game for Steven Gerrard’s men, as they look to collect all three points for the fourth consecutive league fixture.
Hoping to thwart those efforts are Tommy Wright’s Saints.
The opposition currently sit sixth in the table. It’s a position they’ll be looking to consolidate ahead of the upcoming split.
Going into the game, Steven Gerrard had a number of selection headaches.
Firstly, two of his star performers were unavailable for selection.
Alfredo Morelos and Allan McGregor are serving violent conduct bans, after separate incidents against Aberdeen last week.
During Friday morning’s press conference, the manager confirmed that Wes Foderingham would replace McGregor.
However, there was less certainty as to who would play up front.
Both Kyle Lafferty (calf) and Jermain Defoe (hamstring) were declared as doubts.
Yet, as it happens, both strikers were fit enough for the squad.
Defoe starts up top, with Lafferty taking his place on the bench.
Rangers Debut
The biggest news, though, is undoubtedly that Glen Kamara makes his Rangers debut.
Some had thought it would be over a month before he was included, but he takes a spot in the centre of the park, with fellow January arrival Matt Polster on the bench.
Steven Davis also returns, with Ryan Jack and Scott Arfield the men making way.
Will that be a strong enough side to pick up a vital win?
