Leading up to the derby there was plenty of talk of Alfredo Morelos and a red card.
Little did we know it would actually come to fruition and Rangers would be left up against it.
Let’s not beat around the bush. Morelos let Rangers fans down. And they’ve had plenty to say about it.

The Colombian striker was the most popular figure at Ibrox but he’s won no friends with his sending off today.
As much as Scott Brown made the most of it, Alfredo Morelos bought right into it. Brown served it up and Morelos ate it right up.
The striker might’ve been harshly done by with the red card but he’s raised his arms and given the referee a decision to make. Forget Scott Brown.
Rangers fans feel like having the striker on the pitch might’ve made a difference. That’s despite the Rangers team putting in a top performance in the second half with only ten men.

Morelos has been subject to much transfer interest with the likes of
Borussia Dortmund [Sky Sports] and Eintracht Frankfurt [Daily Express] reported to be interested.

Despite delighting fans by signing a new contract with Rangers, many are now in two minds whether or not Rangers will be better off without the striker.
But many are very disappointed with the fact the striker got himself sent off today.
