Rangers fans have responded to a Jack Whitehall video posted by the club’s official Twitter account.
The famed British comedian is currently on tour in Scotland and it seems he’s already nailed his colours to the mast in terms of his Old Firm preference.
On Friday evening, a short clip emerged of the stand-up comedian and BRIT Awards host, in which he puts on a Glaswegian accent and is holding a signed Rangers shirt.
“Stevie, call me, I’m available”, says Whitehall.
The former League of Their Own star’s request was posted by the club accompanied with the caption “the first January transfer rumour – Jack Whitehall to Rangers?”

The content came a little out of the blue and received a mixed reaction from Bears on social media.
Some were happy to take in Whitehall as one of their own though, while also managing to squeeze in a dig at Celtic.

We doubt Jack will be losing any sleep over the result, but the Gers are back in action this weekend against Hamilton. Here’s our Predicted XI for the clash.
