Rangers fans have taken to Twitter to complain about the club’s Continuous Credit Card Scheme (CCCS) with regards tickets to cup finals and away matches.
Some fans have been left disappointed by the Cup Final ballot which has naturally seen some of the most loyal fans around miss out on a ticket.
Others are disappointed that their allocation for away games this season has been minimal or non-existent.
Never had a single League away game on CCCS this season up to Christmas that can’t be right surely

I’ve only had 1 away ticket through the CCCS so far this season, must mean I have an increased chance for a Celtic (29/12) or Hearts (26/1) ticket, no?
Probably end up with a midweek Killie ticket though! (12/2) 😂

Ano mate it's a broken system. Unless a get Celtic a don't even need the cccs anymore a get sorted elsewhere. Waste a time being on it now

Another ballot another no ticket for me…….. smashing 👍 can’t remember signing up to one game a season CCCS

Nearly half way through the season, wan away ticket on the CCCS. Bring back the 2013-2017 glory days minus Rob Kiernan

After a long series of dross fixtures I’m pleased to announced I’ve been allocated Hibs away in the CCCS.

One ticket all season on cccs and just missed out on Motherwell. Surely Easter Road lies ahead

Horrific. Full overhaul needed

Should go back to old system where you got a letter at start of the season Saying the games you were allocated
— Ross Macdonald (@RossMacdonald90) December 3, 2019
System is an absolute joke. Killie 1st game then nothing since.

How can they're be fans on 3 and fans still on 1 😑

The scheme isn't fit for purpose. I have received Livingston away this year. Will people on 1 ticket be given for hibs or celtic in the league?
— Colin McPherson (@Colinmc1690) December 3, 2019
This will be another fab wee don’t get tickets for – rangers need to come up with a better system
— Angela Pettigrew (@angela_pet) December 3, 2019
The complaints generally stem from a lack of fairness or parity on how tickets are distributed on the scheme, particularly for away league fixtures.
People who’ve been on the scheme all season haven’t been allocated a ticket or have only been allocated one or two, whilst some have been allocated multiple.
Rangers supporters are calling for more clarity on the decision-making process concerning CCCS.
Some have even called for a point-based system which sees more attractive matches – such as those away to Celtic, Hibs, Aberdeen or Hearts – given to supporters with more points.
The conversation has sprung up after the club’s Supporters Liaison Officer Greg Marshall announced that the CCCS ballot had taken place for the match with Hibs.
Rangers are scheduled to travel to Easter Road on Friday the 20th of December.
