The Rangers U16s have been crowned the Club Academy Scotland League Champions after defeating their Celtic rivals 2-1 at the Hummel Training Centre.
The Young Guns were awarded with the trophy after the match which sees them crowned the Champions of Scotland in their age division.
It’s the latest in a spate of achievements from the Rangers Academy who are excelling at a range of levels at the moment.
The U16s also had to come back from a goal down to snatch a winner and the trophy.
Celtic took an early lead during the match before Robbie Ure equalised for Rangers from the penalty spot.
Robbie Fraser then had Rangers ahead to make it 2-1 and it would stay that way until the end of the match.

Thanks to RFC Youth Updates for their coverage of the game.
The achievements of the Young Bears had supporters on Twitter buzzing and they sent their congratulations to the Academy for their latest achievement.

The newly crowned Rangers U16s champions must be taking inspiration from those Ibrox stars further up them in the Academy.
The Ibrox club’s development squad find themselves in the semi-final of Tunnock’s Caramel Wafer Challenge Cup and in the third round of the UEFA Youth League.
That’s after being involved in the winning of four trophies last season.

The U17s delighted fans by winning the ALKASS Cup, whilst the young Gers beat Celtic to win the Scottish FA Youth Cup.
The Rangers U18s also managed to secure the U18s youth league title. Many of the Rangers youth players were also involved as the club secured the Reserve League trophy last season.
