Rangers fans have pounced on an SFA tweet ahead of their Europa League Group G fixture against BSC Young Boys.
It’s a huge game for the Gers, with progression to the knockout stages at stake.
A draw will be enough to guarantee progression, while a win would see Rangers finish top regardless of what happens in the other game between Porto and Feyenoord.

On Thursday morning, Scottish football’s governing body sent separate good luck messages to both Rangers and Celtic, with the Hoops in action against Cluj in Romania.
However well-intentioned, the message wasn’t well-received by a section of the club’s support, though, as the relationship between Bears and the SFA shows little sign of improvement.
Here’s a selection of publishable reactions from Twitter:

This European tie is a big occasion for Steven Gerrard and the Rangers players.
After an immensely disappointing result on Sunday, it’s a chance to almost immediately bounce back and record a major achievement.
Progression to the knockout stages would constitute tangible progression and could see the club land a two-legged tie against any number of famous European clubs.
