Rangers fans have been fawning over an outrageous piece of Joe Aribo skill in the 3-0 win over St. Johnstone in Perth this week.

The Nigerian international midfielder plucked the ball perfectly out of the sky with a sublime first touch as it dropped from a huge height during the first half of the impressive win.

Watch the absolutely sensational moment from the mega-talented midfielder above.

Ex-Charlton player Joe was in fine form throughout the match, his technical ability a constant threat to St. Johnstone and his industry part of the reason why the team played so well.

Aribo, 23, even managed to sneak the ball through to teammate Glen Kamara for the Finnish international to finish with aplomb and was heavily involved in the team’s third.

Aribo once again slipped in a lovely through ball, this time to Kemar Roofe, whose shot rebounded to Ianis Hagi who fired it through a hapless Zander Clark.

But it was that wonderful piece of skill from the first half which caught the eye of Rangers fans everywhere who applauded Joe via Twitter:

Aribo wasn’t the only Gers midfielder to catch the eye in the victory over St. Johnstone as the Gers maintained a 16 point lead at the top of the Scottish Premiership.

Teammate and Romanian wonderkid Ianis Hagi also caught the eye as he emphatically answered critics in his homeland.
