Rangers fans have lauded former Ibrox star Martyn Waghorn following his reaction on Twitter to the opening round of Premiership matches on Saturday.
Waghorn played for the Gers between 2015 and 2017, making 78 appearances and scoring an impressive 44 goals.

He then opted to move on to Ipswich Town, before a spell at Derby County, and recently signed for Coventry City.
RONALDO NEEDS TO STOP WHINING.
However, despite being back in the EFL for a number of seasons, he still keeps a keen eye on results north of the border.
It was an excellent Saturday for bluenoses around the world, with the Gers opening their 2021/22 season with a 3-0 win over Livingston and Celtic losing 2-1 to Hearts at Tynecastle.
The results put the Gers top of the table and Celtic eleventh, with a three-point gap already opening up between the two Glasgow clubs.
Coventry didn’t have a pre-season fixture on Saturday so Waghorn had time to watch the matches and he tweeted a simple response to the results after full-time in Edinburgh.

“Good day,” he wrote, followed by thumbs up and Union Jack emojis.
Unsurprisingly, the tweet went down extremely well with Bears and riled up a few Celtic fans.
