Rangers fans have expressed excitement after in-store images of Castore releases were shared on Twitter.

Castore were announced as the Gers’ kit and retail partners in May 2020 and their operation has expanded spectacularly since then.

They have secured money-spinning deals with Wolves, Newcastle United, F1 team McLaren and England Cricket.

Rangers fans haven’t always been happy with the British brand, with various issues regarding delivery, product defects and supply leading to complaints.

However, in general, the playing strips have been well received and there’s certainly no longer a shortage of Rangers-branded gear.

With all three kits for 2021/22 already released, new ‘leisure’ items are the latest arrivals on the online Rangers Store, with hoodies, polo shirts and T-shirts all featuring.

Now, pictures have emerged of additions to the training and match day offerings.

Crediting The Belfast Rangers Store on Twitter, @SeafarerMichael shared an image of a navy and orange ‘pullover’ jacket and another of a navy match day sweatshirt which features orange and light blue sections around the shoulder.

The sweatshirt is available on the website for £60, but the navy and orange pullover jacket isn’t currently listed online.

However, there is a sponsorless junior version of the item available on the website for £65.

Rangers fans have already snapped up a lot of Castore offerings over the past year or so, but the largely positive responses from supporters regarding these items suggest more purchases could be in the offing.
